We want you to love your bag from Terra and Tann! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery.

Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Only products purchased directly from the Terra and Tann website are eligible.
